About VIDA Health 

VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines. 

The Opportunity

This Project Manager position will play a key role in delivering the Northern Hospital Redevelopment project managing planning, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors. Key responsibilities of this role will be managing the project scope, budget, program, site oversight, and reporting, while driving contractual delivery, identifying risks, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes for local communities.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Proactively identifying issues early and applying strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to mitigate project risks.
• Proactively tracking project progress and providing clear performance updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring risks and issues are addressed quickly.
• Communicating complex technical and operational information clearly and concisely, engaging stakeholders and ensuring key messages are easily understood and retained.
• Managing and reviewing design packages, ensuring stakeholder alignment and input while meeting critical deadlines.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor (or higher) qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management (desirable) or related discipline and/or extensive experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering major health or social infrastructure projects across design, development, and/or construction phases.
• Proven capability in design management and contract administration.
• Ability to quickly adapt and operate proactively in a fast-paced environment.
