About VIDA Health
VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll provide reliable secretariat and assurance support to Boards, Steering Committees and key governance forums, making sure decisions are informed, timely and compliant.
As part of the Project Systems & Governance team, you’ll help strengthen our governance and assurance frameworks, streamline processes and boost reporting quality. You’ll also prepare briefs, reports and correspondence, and support coordination and project activities that keep everything running smoothly.
Key aspects of the role include:

Create high‑quality reports and briefs that ensure governance forums receive actionable, decision‑ready information.

Drive project assurance by monitoring risks, issues, and changes while ensuring alignment with governance frameworks.

Coordinate assurance tasks, track follow‑up actions, and help collate, review, and report accurate assurance insights.
We are looking for:

Demonstrated knowledge of quality management, assurance frameworks, and governance practices, preferably gained in construction, infrastructure, or capital works projects.

Ability to apply governance frameworks, compliance checks, and audit processes to ensure projects meet internal and external requirements.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver crisp, accurate reporting and governance documentation for diverse stakeholders.

Experience working within a PMO or Project Controls unit would be advantageous.
