The Opportunity

 

Multiple opportunities available: 12 and 18‑month fixed‑term roles.

 

In this position you will support the successful delivery of major health infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle. You will provide project and contract administration support, assist in preparing and presenting project reports, and coordinate workflows to ensure timely delivery. Experience working within infrastructure projects and managing competing priorities will be highly regarded.

 

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Supporting project activities through effective administration, ensuring delivery in line with legislative requirements and government policies and guidelines.
  • Delivering contract administration support across cost control, invoice processing, and content management, ensuring compliance with VIDA Health requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to foster collaboration.

 

We are looking for:

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate briefs, correspondence, reports and minutes.
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks to deliver high‑quality outcomes on time, with a thoughtful and considered approach to decision‑making.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, including identifying relevant information, liaising with stakeholders, and delivering well‑considered, practical solutions.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in administration, project management, social policy, architecture, building, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
