About the role
This is a Fixed Term Position until 30 June 2027

This role manages the administration of the pathways to registration as a licensed surveyor, including the three-year Licensing Pathway Pilot Program. It oversees participant enrolments, tracks progress, coordinates training with providers, organises events, and keeps the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria (SRBV) and stakeholders informed.

The role also maintains records, correspondence, databases, budgets, and website content, while supporting the SRBV Secretariat. It assists with publications, registration documents, meetings, ceremonies, and other Board activities, providing administrative and project support as required.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring: 

  • An understanding of professional regulation or experience supporting a professional training program (desirable).
  • Strong administrative and database management experience.
  • Experience monitoring or reporting on project budgets (highly regarded).
