About the role
Multiple Opportunities Available.
As part of the Planning and Land Services Group, the Senior Acquisition Case Manager manages complex land acquisition and compensation matters that support major government infrastructure projects. The role oversees sensitive land transactions, provides expert advice on legislation and policy, and leads negotiations and dispute resolution processes with a range of stakeholders. The position is responsible for managing risks, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering fair, compliant and timely outcomes that support successful project delivery. The role also contributes to continuous improvement and a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in land transactions, including compensation matters, case law, risk identification, and resolution strategies.
- Strong practical knowledge of relevant legislation governing land acquisition, transport projects, planning, leases, licences, and government land dealings.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded.
