About the role 

The Senior Adviser leads work across DTP and its portfolio entities to support strong governance and strategic planning aligned with the DTP Strategic Plan 2025–29. They provide clear, timely advice to senior leaders and decision-makers on governance, planning, compliance, and reporting. The role works closely with executives, stakeholders, and teams to ensure consistent and effective practices. Success in this role improves decision-making, strengthens planning processes, and ensures the organisation meets its goals and obligations.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Knowledge of public administration and governance within Victoria. (desirable)
  • Experience working in or with public entities. (desirable)
