About the role 

This is a 12-month Fixed Term position.

The Senior Advisor Change leads organisational change initiatives supporting the implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and broader People division transformation programs. The role drives stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, adoption, and behavioural change, applying structured change management, communication, learning, and service design approaches to ensure successful transition, sustainable adoption, and delivery of business benefits.

The role leads organisational change strategies for ServiceNow HRSD and broader transformation initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective adoption outcomes. Key responsibilities include change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, risk and readiness assessments, governance compliance, and monitoring benefits realisation to support sustainable service delivery, continuous improvement, and successful organisational transition.

 

What we’re looking for (Selection Criteria) 

You’re someone who: 

  • Proven ability to lead organisational change and transformation initiatives, delivering sustainable adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and change leadership, building trusted relationships and driving organisational readiness.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capability, developing practical solutions to complex cross-functional challenges.
  • Experience designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience, service delivery, and operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills, with the ability to manage governance, risks, emerging trends, and future-focused transformation opportunities.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, organisational change, HR, psychology, project management, or related fields are desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex organisational change initiatives, ideally within large or government/public sector organisations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies using recognised methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR), including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption planning.
