About the Role

The Senior Advisor Network Change position sits within Network Change and is responsible for supporting the network change schedule, governance forums and providing comprehensive reporting. The role will provide advice to Network Change leadership and teams on risks, issues and constraints of the network change program of work. The role will be the single source of truth for the schedule of all network change activities.

Position Outcomes / Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintains an accurate ‘single source of truth' schedule of network changes and dependent activities
  • Exceptional governance support including high quality agendas, minutes and management of actions are provided
  • Liaise with dependent workstreams, to understand resource and activity constraints and advise the NC leadership
  • Provide expert informal and formal advice on risk, issues and constraints with respect to NC, which informs decision making
  • Decision making is support by the development of/contribution to, ministerial briefs, presentations, reporting and other formal briefings

The role requires strong systems, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to assess complex issues, drive continuous improvement and deliver tangible business results. You will translate strategy into well-governed programs and projects, managing risks and ensuring successful delivery.

  • Experience within an environment with significant continuous change (desirable).

All new appointments to the department will be subject to a National Criminal Records Check, Misconduct Screening, and a Qualification Check where there is a requirement for a mandatory qualification.
