About MRPV
Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) is delivering a massive investment in the state’s roads. We’re delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while improving the roads people rely on every day.
The West Gate Tunnel Project will give Melbourne a second freeway link between the west and the city – providing a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and a vital second river crossing.
North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We’re also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough.
Road Programs are also delivering dozens of new roads, bridges, road widening projects and major freeway upgrades.

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who enjoys turning big ideas into practical programs that make a real impact. You’re adaptable, thrive in fast-moving project environments, and always keep things fit-for-purpose.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver development programs, sometimes teaming up with external suppliers. You’ll work closely with our P&C Managers and leaders across MRPV to understand their needs and shape the right solutions.

In this role, you’ll:
· Design and deliver people programs end-to-end.
· Design and facilitate a range of team-based workshops
· Represent MRPV on a range of culture and capability working groups across our partner organisations and the VPS
· Measure what’s working, share insights, and use data to keep improving our programs.
· Work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.
This position reports to the Manager, Organisational Development and Learning working as part of a small team of up to 6.
About You
· A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Commerce, Psychology or other HR related disciplines.
· Extensive experience in designing and implementing end-to-end people programs across various OD function.
· Experience working closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, using a coaching and consultative approach
· Experience with facilitation
