Title: Senior Advisor, Procurement Partnerships
VIDA is established as an Administrative Office under the Public Administration Act 2004 as a specialist organisation. The Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) is responsible for delivering the biggest transport and health infrastructure program in Victorian history. This includes more than 200 projects such as the Metro Tunnel, North East Link, West Gate Tunnel, removing level crossings, new and upgraded hospitals in Footscray, Frankston and Warrnambool, and specialist programs such as the early parenting centres expansion and upgrade program. Led by the Director-General, VIDA is comprised of the four project offices Major Road Projects Victoria, Level Crossing Removal Project, the Metro Tunnel Project and the Victorian Health Building Authority.
About this Opportunity
The Senior Advisor, Procurement Partnerships provides specialist procurement expertise to support the effective delivery of procurement activities across the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA). Embedded within a dynamic project environment, the role acts as a key interface between the procurement function and operational teams, ensuring advice, processes, and priorities are aligned with both project requirements and organisational objectives.
The position is accountable for delivering authoritative guidance on procurement documentation, compliance, and supplier engagement, while actively contributing to process improvement and enhanced stakeholder collaboration. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Procurement Partnerships and other stakeholders, the role supports high-quality sourcing activity that delivers value-for-money, ensures compliance with legislative and policy requirements, and provides timely, fit-for-purpose procurement solutions within a complex, infrastructure-focused environment.
