About the role
This role supports the effective operation of the portfolio by maintaining and improving tools, systems, data sources and reporting frameworks that enable strong governance, planning and decision-making. Working closely with portfolio teams and business stakeholders, the position helps ensure portfolio activities align with strategic priorities and operational requirements.
The role develops and manages dashboards, reporting tools and performance data to monitor portfolio, program and project health, risks and benefits. It also supports resource and financial management, contributes to data, automation and AI initiatives as a subject matter expert, and ensures accurate, timely information is available to support executive reporting and informed decision-making.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and enterprise systems and tools (mandatory).
- Experience using digital platforms and technology-enabled solutions to support reporting, governance and operational processes.
- The ability to manage information effectively, maintain data quality and support business outcomes through the use of enterprise technology.
