About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Campaign Manager, this role supports the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of communications and education campaigns, including public awareness initiatives that advance ST Vic's regulatory and safety objectives.
The role provides advice and recommendations, analyses trends and insights to inform communication approaches, and contributes to improved community awareness, engagement and safety outcomes.
The responsibilities of the Senior Campaign Advisor will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of communications and education campaigns.
- Prepare reports, strategies, briefs and recommendations relating to communications, marketing and operational issues.
- Review and analyse trends, stakeholder insights and emerging issues to inform campaign and communication approaches.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government, industry and community representatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.
Demonstrated experience in communications, marketing, media, stakeholder engagement or campaign delivery, including developing communication materials, preparing advice and recommendations, analysing information to inform decision-making, and building stakeholder relationships. Experience managing competing priorities, exercising sound judgement and contributing to organisational objectives in a dynamic environment is highly desirable.

You are an experienced communications or marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering initiatives that make a positive impact. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, sound judgement and the ability to develop communication materials, analyse information and provide clear advice and recommendations. You are a collaborative team member who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to achieving strategic and operational objectives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, media or campaign delivery.
