About the role 

The Senior Infrastructure Finance Analyst leads the development and administration of Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC) Staged Payment Agreements, providing financial analysis, legislative advice and program support to improve infrastructure funding and program performance. The role works across government to deliver effective infrastructure contribution systems and manage program risks.

 

The role also builds strong relationships with stakeholders, contributes to policy and program design, and helps deliver sustainable infrastructure planning and funding outcomes.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring:

  • Relevant experience and a qualification in planning, infrastructure funding, finance, economics or a related field (mandatory). 
  • Statutory Planning (mandatory): Applies statutory planning knowledge independently to routine tasks and contributes to issue resolution and capability development. Identifies barriers impeding capability demonstration and seeks and implements a relevant course of action to remedy.
