About the role
The Senior Organisational Development Lead leads DTP’s leadership development function within the People Division. The role designs and delivers strategic, evidence-based leadership initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, using leadership diagnostics, data analysis, instructional design and stakeholder engagement.
The role develops leadership programs and plans within budget, designs practical development resources, provides organisational development advice, and builds strong partnerships across DTP. It also leads and supports a small team, fostering an engaged, inclusive and flexible workplace while ensuring high-quality services that meet organisational needs.

You’re someone who:
- Thinks strategically and critically, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and applying sound judgement to develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
- Communicates with impact, building credibility and clearly explaining complex or sensitive issues while engaging and influencing different audiences.
- Builds strong stakeholder relationships, understanding organisational needs and perspectives to create partnerships and achieve shared outcomes.
- Adapts and embraces change, exploring new approaches, adjusting strategies when needed and building support for improved ways of working.
- Focuses on outcomes and collaboration, measuring impact, supporting positive community outcomes and fostering a cooperative, supportive team environment.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as human resources or psychology and / or substantial demonstrated experience in Organisational Development.
- Experience in 360-degree feedback psychometric tools (preferably the Hogan 360).
- Relevant organisational development accreditations.
