About the role 

This is a Fixed Term Position until 22 Oct 2027

The Senior People & Culture Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR advice to leaders and employees, supporting workforce planning, culture initiatives and effective people management. The role builds trusted relationships, coaches leaders through complex employee matters, and partners with teams to deliver tailored people solutions.

You will support organisational change, employee relations, performance, talent and succession processes while using workforce insights to identify risks and opportunities. The role collaborates with P&C specialists to deliver practical advice, strengthen leadership capability, and support a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

  • Uses workforce data and insights to support strategy, organisational change and informed decision-making.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Demonstrated experience providing strategic and operational HR advice across a broad range of people and culture matters (mandatory).
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (desirable).
  • Experience using HR information systems, preferably HCM SuccessFactors/SAP (desirable).
