About the role

This is an ONGOING fulltime role.

The Senior People & Culture Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR advice to leaders and employees within their client group. The role manages employee cases, coaches managers on complex people matters, and collaborates with P&C specialists to address issues and identify emerging workforce trends. Through strong business partnering, the role develops a deep understanding of client needs to design and deliver tailored training, build leadership capability, and implement fit-for-purpose workforce planning and culture strategies that support a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

· Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and divisional teams to provide expert, solution-focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle.

· Support the implementation of tailored People Plans in partnership with divisional leadership, ensuring alignment with the broader organisational people strategy and addressing specific workforce needs, risks, and opportunities.

· Coach and support people leaders in managing complex HR matters, including employee relations, performance, and change. Build leadership capability through proactive engagement, tailored development initiatives, and practical advice that supports confident, compliant people management.

· Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning by providing strategic and operational advice. Collaborate with leaders and HR specialists to manage impacts, ensure compliance, and enable smooth transitions that build organisational agility and resilience.

Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory

· Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality strategic and operational HR advice across a range of people and culture matters.

Desirable

· Tertiary qualification in a Human Resources or relevant field.

· Experience using various HRIS software programs, preferably HCM Success Factors/SAP

Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
