About the role 

Two (2) ongoing full-time opportunities are available.

Land Registry Services provides secure and accurate property registration, title search, and information services in line with Victorian legislation. The Senior Registry Operations Officer supports efficient land transaction processing by examining and registering complex dealings, applications, and plans while ensuring compliance with legislative and operational requirements.

The role provides clear advice to customers, supports and mentors staff, ensures compliance with legislation, and manages individual workflow to meet performance targets. Officers identifies and resolves service delivery issues, recommends operational improvements, and drives continuous process enhancement ensuring the accurate recording and maintenance of registry records.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Strong knowledge of Land Registry Services (LRS) legislation, policies, practices, and relevant government reform initiatives.
  • Appointment as an Assistant Registrar of Titles.

 

Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
