About the role
This is a Fixed Term, full-time position until 30/6/2027.
The Senior Test Analyst is responsible for the planning, management and execution of the project deliverables in accordance with agreed testing plans to meet business needs. The Senior Test Analyst will work with team members, business owners, vendors and other relevant third parties to ensure satisfactory completion of system, integration and acceptance testing of the project delivered applications.
The scope of work for this role includes delivery of documented test cases, test plans and schedules, manual and automation testing and tracking of test activities and delivery of test reports.

The ideal candidate will combine advanced data literacy with strong digital capability, using technology to enhance operational efficiency and insights. Technical Capabilities
Testing and Evaluation (Accomplished): Holds advanced knowledge in testing and evaluation. Leads initiatives, develops new methods, and effectively applies skills in complex situations. Contributes to the advancement of testing capabilities within the organisation.
Position accountabilities
The successful candidate is required to provide expert manual and automated testing services across the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and reporting. Develop and apply comprehensive testing methodologies, manage defect tracking and resolution with stakeholders, and lead documentation and status reporting to ensure quality outcomes and informed decision-making.
Qualifications and experience
- Tertiary qualification or proven extensive experience in Senior Test Analyst position.
- Experience working in agile and traditional environments.
- Good working knowledge of testing tools such as ALM or Test Rail.
- Problem analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in test automation validation (Desirable).
- Good working knowledge using tools such as Jira and Confluence (Desirable)
