About the role
Reporting to the Service Experience Manager, this role helps improve the experience of people using People, Legal and Governance services by building strong relationships across the department, gathering and analysing customer feedback, and supporting service improvements. It contributes to making services easier to access, more responsive to customer needs, and aligned with departmental priorities.
The role also supports stakeholder engagement, analyses service performance data, prepares reports and recommendations, and works with PLG teams to deliver integrated services. It contributes to communication, capability building and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and promote a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, business partnering, customer experience or corporate/enabling service delivery.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, public administration, management, communications or a related field are desirable.
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
