About the role
This is a Fixed Term Position for 12 months
The Special Events Officer provides administrative, governance and operational support to the Special Events team, helping plan and deliver transport services for special events, filming and major events across Victoria. The role supports timely and consistent planning by maintaining accurate records, systems and reports, coordinating information and responding to stakeholders.
Key duties include managing event systems and databases, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining registers and operational trackers, managing enquiries and information requests, coordinating meetings and stakeholder engagement, and building positive stakeholder relationships. The role also performs other duties consistent with the position’s classification, skills and capabilities.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Experience in database management
- Victorian Drivers Licence
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
