About the role 

The TPP Engagement Lead manages relationships with Transport Portfolio Partners (TPPs), serving as the primary escalation point for HR-related issues. The role provides advisory and system related support on HR processes, governance, and contractual obligations, while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve incidents, employee lifecycle changes, and periodic workforce processes efficiently and in compliance with requirements.

The role acts as the primary liaison for Transport Portfolio Partners (TPPs), fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective HR service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing HR system incidents, providing advice on HR processes and employee lifecycle changes, supporting contractual and service obligations, driving process improvements, coordinating mandatory change activities, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes through stakeholder collaboration and issue resolution.

What we’re looking for (Selection Criteria) 

You’re someone who: 

  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage complex HR processes in a dynamic environment.
  • Partners with Transport Portfolio Partners as the first point of contact, providing expert advice and support on HR processes, governance requirements, and operational matters. Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will proactively identify, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Support timely resolution of HR-process related incidents and employee lifecycle activities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
  • This position is suited to someone who enjoys relationship management, problem-solving, and delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes across a range of stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, acting as a trusted point of contact and delivering responsive, customer-focused service.
  • Experience using SuccessFactors, with involvement in system enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to coordinate and resolve incidents and service requests, working collaboratively across teams to deliver timely and effective outcomes.
