About the role
This is a Fixed Term Position until 19th January 2027.
The Talent and Mobility Officer provides administrative support across recruitment and mobility processes. This includes preparing paperwork, scheduling interviews, managing queries, maintaining records and guidance materials, processing employee movements, and providing timely advice to candidates and the business.
The role also supports research, information management and people and culture projects. It builds strong stakeholder relationships, ensures processes comply with relevant policies and governance requirements, and contributes to initiatives that improve employee experiences and support strategic workforce goals.

- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build supportive relationships, share information and work effectively across teams.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, including identifying opportunities to improve processes, quality and efficiency and encouraging new ideas.
- The ability to coordinate and deliver tasks and projects, monitor progress and take action to keep work on track.
- A strong customer focus, with an interest in understanding customer needs, improving service experiences and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work within policies and processes and seek guidance when required.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support within a People and Culture environment, ideally in a large and complex organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of Victorian public sector People and Culture policies, processes and systems is desirable.
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
