About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Adviser, with proven recruitment experience to join the team. The role will work alongside and support our diverse hiring managers to successfully perform end to end recruitment activities to source and place the best talent for the organisation.
In this role, you will
- Manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes simultaneously including the development of recruitment strategies, writing advertisements, shortlisting, conducting and facilitating candidate assessments, and providing feedback.
- Proactive recruitment and head hunting for positions as needed.
- Develop and maintain candidate talent pools, whilst ensuring a high level of candidate care is provided at all times.
- Work closely with hiring managers to create and maintain suitable candidate assessment tools in line with best practice.
- Educate the business and provide timely authoritative advice to managers on a range of recruitment matters, including identifying resourcing needs, best practice recruitment methodology, legislative requirements and ensuring recruitment policies and processes are followed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements.
- In collaboration with the People and Culture Business Partnerships team provide advice to new starters on general policy and payroll enquiries including superannuation, conditions of employment and leave.
- Support the implementation and delivery of a range of employment programs.
The role is a 3-year fixed term position, paying a salary between $97,955 – $111,142 plus superannuation with hybrid working arrangements, a mix of CBD office (on Tuesday and Wednesday’s) and home/remote based working for the remaining days.

Let’s get technical – what skills do we expect you to have?
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employment Programs, etc) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with hiring managers at all levels within a business, including Executive Directors is highly desirable.

- Planning and Prioritising – effectively planning, organising and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
