About the role
This role is a Fixed Term position for 12 months till May 2027
The Talent Advisor plays a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment services that help the department attract and appoint great people. You will help facilitate recruitment processes from job briefing through to onboarding, ensuring each stage is delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with established policies and procedures. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders, providing clear advice and a positive customer experience. Success in this role means timely hiring outcomes, strong compliance and a seamless recruitment journey for all involved

You’re someone who:
- Has proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a structured environment
- Follows established procedures closely while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Builds strong working relationships with hiring managers, candidates and stakeholders
- Provides clear, practical advice and high-quality customer service
- Can manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Experience delivering recruitment services in a large and complex organisation
- Understanding of recruitment compliance, governance and process management
- Experience using recruitment systems such as SAP SuccessFactors (Desirable)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks will be required.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
