About VIDA Health

VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.

The Opportunity

Are you energised by working in a small team in a fast-paced environment where you support leaders in large divisions to focus on the things that matter? Do you look at systems and processes and think I can make that more user-friendly and efficient? Do you want to make a difference to Victorians by supporting the planning and delivery of the state’s largest health infrastructure projects?

We have created new teams to support each division and its leaders, with the larger divisions being run by a Team Leader and supported by Coordinators. These teams have been created to run the divisions more effectively, so there will be opportunities to make an impact and contribute to projects.

Join these teams and play a key role in supporting divisional leaders through high-level executive and administrative support. In this dynamic position, you’ll proactively identify and solve challenges that impact the division while maintaining systems to track progress, share information, and enhance collaboration for your team. You’ll provide guidance on internal systems, prepare and edit high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations, and offer governance and secretariat support to committees and working groups.

Are you someone who:

  • Confidently solves problems using established guidelines, and can make sound decisions even when guidance isn’t clear?
  • Has strong experience with office management systems and a track record of improving processes or policies?
  • Is an excellent communicator and team player, able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders?
  • Takes pride in delivering high-quality services and motivating others to do the same?
