VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines. 

 

The Opportunity

 

Join VIDA Health as a trusted and dynamic member of our leadership support team! In this pivotal role, you’ll provide high-level executive support to the Head of Division, offering strategic coordination, research, and proactive management of emerging issues to drive divisional success. You’ll take the lead in establishing and maintaining effective and efficient systems to track and report on outputs, milestones, and performance, while fostering collaboration and data accessibility across the division. 

 

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Creating and managing systems and office processes that monitor progress, streamline information sharing, and data accessibility, alongside maintaining key corporate systems.
  • Producing well‑crafted presentations, reports, briefs and correspondence, ensuring all materials are high quality and purpose‑built.
  • Assisting with driving end‑to‑end project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with divisional priorities, anticipating challenges and addressing issues before they affect outcomes.

 

We are looking for:

  • Someone who can lead and deliver key business support projects aligned with organisational goals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with proven ability to thrive in sensitive and complex environments.
  • Strong critical analysis skills with exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication abilities, including creating clear and engaging reports, presentations, diagrams, correspondence, and briefings.
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritise work to achieve results, taking time to think strategically before acting.
  • Experience implementing systems for continuous improvement.
