Title: Team Lead
About VIDA Health
VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
Are you energised by supporting the head of the division and leaders to manage and focus on the things that matter? Do you look at systems and processes and think I can make that more user-friendly and efficient? Do you want to make a difference to Victorians by supporting the planning and delivery of the state’s largest health infrastructure projects?
We have created new teams to support each division and its leaders, with the larger divisions being run by a Team Leader and supported by Coordinators, and the smaller divisions with a Team Leader. These teams have been created to run the divisions more effectively, so there will be opportunities to make an impact and contribute to projects.
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide high-level executive support to the Head of Division, offering strategic advice, research, and proactive management of emerging issues to drive divisional success. You’ll take the lead in establishing and maintaining effective systems to track and report on outputs, milestones, and performance, while fostering collaboration and data accessibility across the division.
We are looking for someone who:
-
Can lead and deliver key projects aligned with organisational goals, proactively identifying and solving challenges to support divisional success.
-
Has exceptional advisory, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to thrive in sensitive and complex environments.
-
Has strong critical analysis skills with exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication abilities, including creating clear and engaging reports, presentations, diagrams, correspondence, and briefings.
-
Can effectively plan and prioritise work to achieve results, taking time to think strategically before acting.
