About the role
*This is a Fixed Term Position for 3 years*
The Team Leader HR Operations Helpdesk leads a team delivering first-line HR support across the employee lifecycle, including system queries, performance and learning processes. They guide the team to troubleshoot issues, provide clear advice, and ensure timely, accurate resolution for employees and stakeholders. Working closely with internal teams and partners, they drive continuous improvement in systems and processes. Success in this role means a responsive, customer-focused HR service, strong team performance, and smoother, more efficient employee experiences across the organisation.

- Builds strong relationships and communicates confidently, even when managing challenges or feedback.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Strong understanding of VPS policies, System functionality in alignment with HR processes. (Mandatory)
- Experience working within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. (Mandatory)
- Degree in Human Resources, or a related field. (Desirable)
- Experience operating within HRIS platforms. (Desirable)
