About the role 

The Technical Assurance Coordinator supports the technical management, assurance and integration of tram infrastructure projects, working with internal teams, the franchisee and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Assurance, the role coordinates technical expertise and inputs to support effective project development and delivery.

The role applies technical knowledge across track, overhead, civil and structures, prepares technical advice and reports, and builds collaborative stakeholder relationships. It coordinates technical activities such as design reviews, traffic signal upgrades and road permits, and oversees procurement of technical and construction services to support project delivery.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated experience in the oversight, delivery and management of assets or projects in a public transport environment (preferred).
