About the role
This is a Fixed Term Position Until 29 December 2028
The Transition Support Officer provides proactive administrative and coordination support to the Enterprise Transition Program, working across multiple teams and stakeholders. The role manages competing priorities and tight deadlines, requiring strong organisation, flexibility, critical thinking and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, documentation, registers, reports and correspondence; tracking actions, requests, risks and milestones; and supporting project governance and delivery. The role also builds strong stakeholder relationships, maintains accurate records and project information, and ensures activities align with relevant plans, policies, legislation and departmental requirements.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated coordination or administration experience relevant to commercial projects in a government or transport operations setting (mandatory)
- Advanced level understanding of relevant project administration/management software including MS Office and other applications utilised for financial and records management (mandatory)
