About the role 

This is a fixed-term maternity leave backfill position available until 6th of August 2027, with the possibility of extension

Position Location: 1 Spring Street, Melbourne

This role supports the Oracle Unifier system by managing user access, resolving issues, and assisting users across the business. It supports system improvements, testing and implementation of changes, and maintains data for reporting and processing. Key stakeholders include the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, Suburban Rail Loop Authority and Oracle.

The position provides user support for the Oracle Unifier system, including resolving issues, managing service requests and supporting system outages and releases. It assists with improving business processes, reporting and data management, supports system enhancements, maintains documentation, and contributes to safe, inclusive and flexible team operations. 

What we’re looking for (Selection Criteria) 

You’re someone who: 

  • Applies fault finding and root cause analysis skills to independently identify and resolve routine system issues.
  • Writes clear and structured technical documentation, including specifications and requirements, with an intermediate level of capability.
  • Uses systems thinking to understand interdependencies and assess the broader impact of decisions across the organisation.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, responding positively to changing priorities and working effectively across teams.
  • Applies testing and evaluation skills and supports interface management tasks to assist with system delivery and integration.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

Mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information systems /Computer Science or relevant discipline.

Desirable  

  • Knowledge of contract management systems.
  • Working experience with unifier application.
  • ITIL certification
  • Corporate Finance knowledge
  • Systems development experience
  • Knowledge of Database management system (DBMS)
  • Knowledge of software development
  • Automated testing
