About the role 

*This is a Fixed Term Position until 16 April 2027*  

In this role you will provide expert valuation advice and undertake complex, time-critical and sensitive valuations. You will also build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective outcomes.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

• Completion of an appropriate tertiary qualification with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status and membership with the Australian Property Institute (API).
• Knowledge of the Valuation of Land Act 1960 and other relevant legislation.
• Knowledge of the government processes and land administration matters.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification
• Driver’s License

Pre-employment checks and employment conditions  

Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks will be required. 

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
