About the role 

This is a Fixed Term Position until 31 December 2027
Job Location: Ringwood, Melbourne

The ICT Financial Performance Analyst supports the financial management, monitoring and governance of the department’s technology investments and services. The role prepares financial reports, forecasts and analysis, monitors budgets and performance, and provides financial advice to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and accountability.

The role also supports cost management, recovery and optimisation, maintains financial dashboards and reporting tools, and contributes to process improvements. Working with ICT teams, finance partners, sourcing and contracts teams, the role helps ensure compliance with financial and procurement requirements, supports value-for-money outcomes, and strengthens financial governance across ICT projects, programs and services.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • A relevant tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent field (mandatory)
  • Exposure to financial management practices within the Victorian Government or a similar operating environment (desirable)
