About the role
This role is responsible for providing project assurance for ITS-related road and bridge works, ensuring delivery meets scope, quality, cost, schedule, safety and environmental requirements. Maintains effective communication with standards, maintenance, lighting teams and ITS contractors to ensure alignment, information currency and network performance. Supports projects across metropolitan Melbourne, with occasional regional site visits.
Key responsibilities include assuring ITS works comply with specifications, standards, legislation and codes of practice; monitoring progress against schedule, budget and resource plans; providing construction, safety and traffic management advice; conducting risk-based surveillance and audits; supporting contractor claim evaluations; and engaging effectively with stakeholders and the community while undertaking other duties aligned with organisational requirements.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- Experience in electrical and/or civil construction (or a related field) and proven stakeholder management skills in customer/client-facing environments.
- Experience implementing and maintaining registration, compliance, or accountability systems.
