About the role
The role manages and coordinates incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintains accurate records and systems, and provides advice to customers, partners, and stakeholders in line with legislation, policies, and procedures. It ensures high-quality service delivery while maintaining the integrity of business information.
The role also reviews and improves work practices to increase operational efficiency, delivers training and information sessions, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and collaborates with others to achieve positive business outcomes while supporting broader organisational priorities.

Qualifications and experience
– Appropriate experience relevant to the requirements of the role (mandatory)
Other position-specific requirements
– Current and valid Driver Licence
