About the role 

The Regional Services Coordinator provides administrative, financial and business support to the Regional Transport Division, helping ensure effective day-to-day operations and delivery of programs and projects. The role supports reporting, records and information management, document control, invoicing, expenditure tracking, meetings and executive support.

 

The role also supports governance, safety, compliance and business continuity activities, while responding to correspondence and coordinating issues and queries. It builds strong stakeholder relationships, improves business processes and supports the Regional Transport leadership team to deliver priorities, while promoting a safe, inclusive, flexible and collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications and experience 

You’ll bring: 

  • Experience relevant to the capabilities of the role (mandatory).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 (mandatory).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or a similar field, and a current driver’s licence. 

 

Pre-employment checks and employment conditions  

Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks will be required. 

Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
