Administrative Assistant – VPS4, Ongoing, full-time posiiton

What you’ll do

The Administrative Assistant provides a broad range of high-level administrative support functions to support the agency performance function and 3 Directors across the Commission. This role is instrumental in assisting the agency performance branch with all scheduling for agency performance reviews, as well as assisting with calendar management for 3 Directors.

Your role extends beyond administration – you will make a significant positive impact on our workplace culture. Through your proactive leadership, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, you will be recognised as an accomplished planner and a flexible multitasker. As a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, your responsibility will be to ensure exceptional support for agency performance reviews and for the Commission’s Directors.

As with all VPSC roles, the Administrative Assistant will partner closely with all relevant areas across the Commission, to bring the best of the Commission’s skills and delivery capacity to the work underway.
