Title:  Adviser, Program Design and Delivery

What you’ll do
In this role, you will:

• Plan and deliver in-person and online capability development modules and events, coordinating speaker engagement, session design and delivery, participant engagement and communications and promotional collateral
• Support program evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement
• Prepare high-quality learning and development documentation, briefings, correspondence, submissions and reports
• monitor coaching panels and support event evaluation activities
• build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• keep accurate and complete records, including invoicing, in line with legislative and organisational requirements.

• adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities
• experience working in the public sector or another large, complex organisation.
