Title: Adviser, Program Transformation and Delivery
Adviser, Program Transformation and Delivery – VPS4 – Fixed Term until August 2028.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive recruitment and program delivery professional.
As the Adviser, Program Transformation and Delivery, you will manage and coordinate bulk recruitment and program delivery activities for the Victorian Government graduate program, working with a range of stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes and improve how the program operates.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and deliver end-to-end graduate recruitment activities
- Work with our external recruitment provider, hiring managers, HR teams, universities and other stakeholders
- Support graduate attraction, assessment activities, events and program delivery
- Prepare reports, briefings and other documents
- Monitor risks, maintain records and support compliance with policy and governance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement across recruitment and program delivery

- bring a strong focus on quality, inclusion and continuous improvement
Experience in graduate recruitment or working with external service providers will be well regarded.
