Title: Senior Adviser, Business Solutions and Process Improvement
Senior Adviser, Business Solutions and Process Improvement – VPS5 – Fixed Term until 30 June 2027
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end multiple business analysis and process improvement projects
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement digital solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Lists and other Microsoft 365 tools
- Document business requirements, current and future state processes and implementation plans
- Initiate and manage relationships with stakeholders to deliver process improvement initiatives Embed change management activities to support the successful adoption of new processes and
- build future-ready capabilities

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people to solve problems and finding practical ways to improve business processes.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience leading business analysis and process improvement projects
- Experience using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Lists or similar workflow automation tools
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with senior executive stakeholders across government.
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements and translating them into solutions
- Strong project management and change management skills with the ability to lead complex work, manage competing priorities to deliver outcomes
- Knowledge of Victorian Government procurement and contract management processes
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A positive, proactive and solution-focused attitude committed to inclusion and continuous improvement
