As the Senior Adviser, Program Design and Delivery you will lead the design delivery and evaluation of capability development initiatives that strengthen the capability of the Victorian Public Sector. Working with subject matter experts and senior executive stakeholders across government, you’ll create practical, high-quality learning experiences that supports government priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end capability development projects, from design through to delivery and evaluation
  • Design engaging learning experiences across a range of formats (workshops, virtual learning, eLearning, blended programs)
  • Partner with subject matter experts and executive stakeholders to co-design practical, user-focused learning solutions
  • Manage procurement, contracts and external providers to deliver high-quality outcomes and value for money

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience designing and delivering capability development programs and/or events for senior executive cohorts
  • Strong learning content creation skills across multiple formats (e.g. online, in-person, digital)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex work, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes
  • Knowledge of Victorian Government procurement and contract management processes
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with senior executive stakeholders across government.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • A positive, proactive team member committed to inclusion and continuous improvement
