About the role

The Salesforce Test Analyst provides senior testing expertise for the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Registry, a Salesforce platform that supports the delivery of the VEU program. The role helps deliver reliable enhancements and releases by embedding quality across the software development lifecycle.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end testing across functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing. You will develop reusable test assets, expand test automation and validate APIs and data flows between Salesforce and connected platforms.

This role provides the opportunity to shape testing standards, improve quality practices and support faster, lower-risk deployments. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, Developers and business stakeholders, while sharing your expertise and building testing capability across the team. Experience with Salesforce is required, while experience with MuleSoft, Copado CRT Automation, Postman and CI/CD pipelines would be highly regarded.

This is a fixed term position. The work location for this position is 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.

 

Key accountabilities

  • Lead the test approach for VEU Registry enhancements and releases, including test planning, execution and release-readiness reporting.
  • Deliver functional, regression and integration testing and support business stakeholders through user acceptance testing.
  • Develop reusable test assets and scalable automation to improve test coverage, efficiency and repeatability.
  • Validate APIs, integrations, permissions and data flows across Salesforce and connected platforms.
  • Improve testing standards and quality practices, manage defects and share testing expertise across the development team.
